After having worked in the real estate industry for more than two decades, a good part of it on Ibiza I found that what the market is really lacking is professional advisory in all areas connected to own, sell or purchase a property on Ibiza.

That’s why after all this years I decided to offer an agency independent and tailor made service in order to sell your property or find your dream home. My experience on the island was gathered since 2005, working for the number one agency on the island, Engel & Völkers for many years before creating Gould Heinz & Lang property consultants together with my dear friends Philip Gould and René Heinz in 2012. In all these years I got to know the most important market players, other agents, lawyers, legal advisories, well connected concierges etc. – I can confidently say I know the market and how it works.

Ibiza’s property market is a very tricky one. I also learned a lot about the legal side of property ownership and can differentiate well in between virtual risks through lack of documents or real risk of loosing parts of the building or having to pay fines in case of parts of the property being constructed illegally.
